Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using InterviewSight ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. InterviewSight is operated by ChronoGate LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

Description of Service

InterviewSight is an AI-powered voice coaching and speech polishing application. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze your speech and provide real-time feedback, polished versions of your words, and coaching insights. The App processes audio in real-time through third-party AI services. The accuracy and quality of AI responses may vary.

Subscriptions & Billing

InterviewSight offers subscription plans that provide access to the App's features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• New users get a short free voice preview; full access requires a subscription. There is no free trial period.
• Your subscription automatically renews at the selected plan price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings (Apple Settings or Google Play Store).
• Each active subscription includes up to 60 minutes (1 hour) of voice coaching and 500 text messages per calendar month.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use InterviewSight to:

• Generate harmful, abusive, threatening, or illegal content
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the AI's system instructions
• Use the App for automated or programmatic access (bots, scrapers)
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Impersonate any person or entity

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, features, and content are owned by ChronoGate LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or input into the App, including your speech, text messages, and custom prompts. We do not claim any rights to your content.

AI-Generated Content

AI responses are generated by third-party artificial intelligence models and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or inappropriate content. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses should not be relied upon as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
• You are responsible for reviewing and using AI output at your own discretion
• ChronoGate LLC is not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated content

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHRONOGATE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. Our total liability for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CHRONOGATE LLC DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Company. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling the App and cancelling your subscription.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
